AI operations for marketing agencies

The best plan for your agency, built.

I'm Shah Rukh, an ex-agency developer. I find where your team's hours go and rebuild the worst of it with AI, inside the CRM, project tool and Slack you already pay for.

The problem

Where the hours go

Agencies leak time in the same places: client reports stitched together from five tabs every Friday, and onboarding that only one person on the team knows how to run.

None of it is billable, and most of it is work AI handles well now. The hard part is wiring it into the tools your team already lives in, without adding another app they have to learn.

How it works

Audit, build, then partner

  1. 01

    AI Ops Audit

    1 week · $2,000 fixed

I map how your agency runs, find the five tasks eating the most hours and build one fix live, all inside a week. You also get a written plan for the other four, ranked by hours saved.

  2. 02

    AI-Native Build

    $6,000 to $12,000 fixed

The audit's top recommendations, built into your real tools with Claude Code. A third upfront, the rest on milestones, and the audit fee comes off the price. Two weeks of bug fixes after launch included.

  3. 03

    AI Build Partner

    $3,000 a month

A monthly block of build hours for AI features you resell to your own clients under your own name, plus upkeep of everything already running.

The guarantee

If the first fix doesn't save your team at least 10 hours a month within 30 days, you get your money back. We time the task before the fix goes live and again 30 days after, from your time tracking or a one-week log your team keeps.

Who's building it

An agency developer, now building for agencies

  • 14 months as a developer inside GoodSpeed Studio, Agency of the Year 2024. I've seen how agencies quote, deliver and lose time from the inside.
  • Production AI in use today: an AI tutor and AI-generated interactive textbooks running in schools in Singapore and Ireland.
  • This studio runs on its own AI operating system, built with Claude Code. Every week I rebuild one common agency process and post the before and after on LinkedIn and X.

Why Dantzig

Named after the father of linear programming

In 1947 George Dantzig invented the simplex method, a way to find the best plan when people, time and money are all limited. It still schedules airline crews and refinery runs today.

Back then, "programming" meant planning how an organisation uses its resources. I do it in both senses: plan how your agency should run, then write the code that runs it.

Programming, in both senses.
